Ahhh, fall – my favorite time of year! I’m about to dive headfirst into costume-making for my four little kids, along with pumpkin painting, corn maze exploring, and candy corn eating! It’s not all about the kids, though – I’ve got some grown-up shenanigans to plan for as well. So while munching candy corn, I set some aside to make some infused vodka. I’ve done this before with Skittles (thanks, Pinterest!) and it worked great with candy corn, too! Just a day or two is all you need to plan ahead for to make this kickass Candy Corn Martini!
Simply take a good sized handful of candy corn and place it in a mason jar. Fill the jar with Smirnoff Whipped Cream Vodka and cover with a lid. Let it sit for at least 24 hours, then open, stir, and strain out the remaining candy bits.
Place a handful of ice in a martini shaker, then add candy corn infused vodka, vanilla vodka, and orange liqueur. Shake to chill and pour into two martini glasses. Garnish with candy corn if desired.
