Restaurant Style Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 med. bunch cilantro
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 2 serrano chiles, seeded, deveined, and diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Peel onion and chop into fourths. Place in the bottom of blender.
- Cut stems from cilantro and place next in blender.
- Add all other ingredients to blender and pulse several times, until desired consistency is reached.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving.
